This is not a surprise. It's appalling and infuriating and terrifying, but not surprising. The most disturbing thing is that this man had no regard for the hundreds of children who would surely be at the museum on a weekday afternoon.
I wonder if Michael Steele worries about a wise Latina giving this guy a fair shake in court.
